The likes of the fat bombs that you've tried, is a small meal in itself.</p><p>My fasting is just till lunchtime from about 9pm the previous night.</p><p>So it's not more than twelve hours.</p><p>You can do fasting to suit your lifestyle or work.</p><p></p><p>My colleagues don't believe me, that once I start eating in the morning, I have to keep eating through the day every two to three hours, but if I don't start eating, I don't have to eat!
