If you're low carbing can't you still manage some portions of fruit and veg that are low carb? Some that come to mind are: mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergine, avocado, celery. A fruit juice that you may be able to manage is the Ocean Spray Cranberry Light which has 1.5g carbs per 100ml.
