Hi ya, I haved just started to ask advice. When I add a new food to my Gluci Chek it asks me for lipids. I understand that it is another word for fats but what fats do I add when looking at manufactures packaging, fats in general or saturated and what is the different between the two?

This looks to be French so maybe a problem with google translate? My guess is that they just mean fats in general, as that would allow the app to calculate calories?
Classify foods by type of meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
Nutritional information* (energy, carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, etc.) and dietary advice complete each food sheet.
I stress this is just a guess. Hopefully someone more informed will come along soon.
