Ive ordered a codefree monitor starter kit via the links you've provided, thanks so much. I did check a few local chemists on line, but they had lots of different makes and I decided to go with what I had been told most people on here use and I wanted to get one pretty quickly as had been feeling really weird at work this afternoon. Not sure why, have bought the Liv-life bread from Waitrose and have 3 slices at lunch over a few hours. I didn't have any breakfast at home as no time, but bought the cheese marmite portions on the way to work from the pound shop and had one of those Although they're a pound in Sainsburys too at the moment!! Never had them before but they´re lovely!! Also had a natural peanut bar by Eat Good which I found in our local shop, they're 11 g carbs. I am drinking some coffee at work in the afternoons now, just with milk as it seems to help, didn't used to drink it, normally only tea. I still can't log on to reply on this site on my mobile so apologies for the late replies and if I don't acknowledge everyone, I am very grateful for any responses & read them on the bus on my mobile on the way to work! I will have more time at weekends to catch up. Thanks everyone for your help and support on this forum. I'm looking forward to trying to make some of the recipes and low carb options. I've bought a cauliflour to try to make the rice stuff and a butternut squash but not sure if this is just for mash, I want to buy celeriac which I've never bought before too to make fries. Thanks again, , hope to feel better tomorrow at work.
Hi, thanks for all of your help. I didn't have any breakfast at home as no time, but bought the cheese marmite portions on the way to work from the pound shop and had one of those ;) Although they're a pound in Sainsburys too at the moment!! Never had them before but they´re lovely!! Also had a natural peanut bar by Eat Good which I found in our local shop, they're 11 g carbs. I am drinking some coffee at work in the afternoons now, just with milk as it seems to help, didn't used to drink it, normally only tea. Thanks again,, hope to feel better tomorrow at work. :p
