I have had experience filling in DLA for my son (Aspergers & ADHD) and the advice you have been given so far is correct - you really do need help of a professional to fill it in as the government are getting less & less likely to give the money - yet you are entitled to it as you do require more support! I have successfully got mine and a friends (her son has dyspraxia etc) but by the time we had finished filling in the form you would have cried! It was awful writing down all the things that go wrong - get someone to help you - the support will help you too. Good luck with it!
