Diagnosed type 2 christmas 2016, now 16 1/2 years old.
Got put on this tablet a couple of months ago, took it once and honestly thought i was going to die, luckily i had an appointment the morning after taking it and my consultant saw how ill it made me. So ive been put on insulin for a few months (hopefully).
Now, before all this diabetic stuff , going back 4 years ago i lost 5 stone and started having stomach problems ,sulphur burps stomach swells and severe pain. Put it down to intolerances, went to the doctors they gave me tablets for h pylori. Fast forward to now all these years its happened monthly at least, now more frequent and worse. So consultant ordered bloods, no coelicac disease. Elastaes test came back , 17 /ug, should be over 99.
Now, i can't find a straight answer to what this means , what will happen and if this is whats made me ill.
Any help appreciated, feel like I'm in a loosing battle.
