Spicy food which is too hot. Nasty people who have no idea on your life journey but feel the need to comment and be cruel.
Better between 0-20. average just over 20g per day

Hi Kim,
I attended a mydesmond course on Thu, it's a course to help those newly diagnosed, they said to have no more than 90g of carbs a day, see if your GP can refer you.
