That resulted 45lbs of weight over last 2 years. Now a days I am not able to metabolize even that half glass, especially if i take in the night. May be low body fat and low body weight comes with alcohol resistance? last X-mas I had about 3 or 4 glasses red wine and then suffered with acid-reflux and headaches. </p><p></p><p>I feel a glass of red wine, freshly baked toast, some nice cheese for lunch is the way to go on a big workout day!</p></blockquote><p></p>
