Then reduce the heat.</p><p>Add sliced onion ,garlic, ginger and green chilli: fry until golden brown.</p><p>Add the red chilli powder corriander powder, garam masala and salt. </p><p>Add the rice and water, stir well and cover and cook for 20 mins on medium heat.</p><p>Meanwhile slice the hard boiled eggs and arrange round the edge of a serving dish.</p><p>Place rice in middle of dish and garnish with corriander.</p></blockquote><p></p>
