Anyway I am not sure if this is related but over the last 8 months I have been having muscle ache in my legs and getting very painful nerve ache in my shoulders and elbows / neck and back. Sometimes it feels as if my legs are racing and feel very restless I put this down to the bed, but after trying several other beds it still happened. It seems to happen more when I relax and sleep sometimes waking me up. I walk a lot with the dog normally 2 - 5 miles a day at the weekend and 1/2 mile in the week evenings but have always done this so can't blame that. Is there a connection to type 1, the pump or is this age??
Hi, I am 39 I was diagnosed 4 years with Type 1 after feeling ill and having ketones etc... Have always felt ILL but never gone to the doctors since I was a kid, (lesson learnt) any way I have a new pump well it's 17 months now since I have had this and it has changed my life I enjoy a drink and kebab etc... Manage well on the down side I have put a bit of weight on but working on this. Thanks for reading this long post :)
