my codefree monitor arrived today so I have started testing again. I was previously using an accucheck but ran out of strips a while ago. My fasting level was 5.3. I had a late breakfast of hot cross bun ( to test bs levels) and a cup of tea. After 1 hour bs was 8.3 and after 2 hours 7.2. before lunch (3 hours after my hot cross bun) my bs was 4.5. lunch was scrambled eggs, 3 slices of ham and a wedge of cheese followed by low carb almond and chocolate bar, low carb lemon curd, almonds and cream and a cup of tea. I went for a walk for just over an hour and tested by bs when I got back, 2 hours after my lunch. It was 6.1 How do these levels look (apart from the 8.3)? I would have thought that my level after lunch would be lower having had a reasonable walk.
