How can you justify One Touch Ultra from advertising on this Site? I brought their equipment here seven years ago and have spent a fortune on their very expensive test strips until now. All that time your staff have told me that One Touch Ultra answer emails which I knew not to be true for any letters sent other than from UK.
Same applies to items on offer from your shop none of which can be purchased by members like me. Once you told me that I had won a £25 draw on Amazon but, because I was not from UK,, they dishonoured the Draw Certificate.
You could tell One Touch that I would pay postage - never lost a thing sent here in all these years which ,means it is safe than the UK Post Office.
Surely with a membership of over 100.000 Diabetic.co.uk there must me a sizeable proportion of that membership who are dissatified ex-pats like me.
