Thanks for all the replies - you're all awesome :D Natural live yogurt with all the good stuff in it is on my shopping list - still not sure about putting on my...area  but eating it I can get on board with. I'd try the tampon idea but I can't use them :( I can't remember who asked (sorry!) about my medication but I take Metformin (2000mg per day) and Sitagliptin (100mg per day) and so far they're doing zilch. I also take the following for my other health conditions: Lansoprazole Citalopram Amitriptyline Ropinerole Fexofenadine Paracetamol Oramorph As well as the contracptive pill (Cerazette) I may also end up on some form of steroid as well later this year due to my skin problem. I did read the guide that was mentioned regarding the low carb eating which was hugely helpful - much easier to understand than all the books that confuse me with their jargon, lol I'm starting this Monday. I'd like to start NOW but I already have the ingredients for dinner tonight and tomorrow so it shall be my last carby meal for a long while! I'm looking forward to the change actually; time to start looking after myself a bit better I think!!
