Hi, I usually have a fasting blood sugar level of 6.1.
I am keeping my blood sugars under 7.8 at all times and actually manage to have them mainly under 7.1. Thank you all who said to ditch the carbs and not be afraid of fat. It has turned around my life. I eat cream cheese, avocado, nuts, meat, salmon , olive oil.
Anyway I have Covid. Not too bad, had 4 shots. And I am eating quite a lot! Not moving at all. Is this disease hungry? I am getting borderline too thin as the scale goes down . Is the virus boosting how much energy my body burns each day? No fever. No hypos. No high bgl. Is the amount of fat I eat getting burnt off or sitting in my arteries. I can’t move with dizziness so I think about these things.
