It varies, i don’t low carb as feel better with carbs, i tend to have a piece of toast with some protein like egg, ham, pate or cheese, and a coffee. I get regular whole meal hovis which is 15g carbs a slice, and a couple for the coffee.Uhu yeah, I’ve been thinking about it. I quite like the idea of moving away from carbs but at the same time meh. What breakfast meal ideas do you have or carry out?
