I got my tslim pump in February, along with Dexcom G6. I'm averaging 86 - 90% time in range, with no lows, and no very high readings in the last 3 months, but with 10 - 14% high, which is more than I'd like. Due an hba1c shortly, but Dexcom predicting 50 which is too high for me.

I love control IQ for stopping the lows, but am frustrated that you can't set target levels lower, has anyone found a way round this?

What would be your criteria for calibrating Dexcom, or do you never calibrate?

I can’t comment on the Tandem question. Dexcom is Similar to Guardian 4 with not needing calibrations and I rarely calibrate unless it is particularly out by more than I would like readings wise so I can either get more/less insulin if required.

In terms of HbA1c though I don’t know how these companies work out what it thinks it should be but my last HbA1c was 40, it was predicated by my Guardian data to be 51 and I had “worse” results than what you currently have. (See photo, values for each section at the bottom) so I honestly wouldn’t worry too much about that.
