I found out yesterday that I have a condition called hypertensive heart disease on top of my type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I don't know much about it because my doctor didn't explain it to me. I'm taking medicine for it, but I'm feeling really down. If you know anything about this condition, I'd really appreciate any information you can share.
