[QUOTE="Arab Horse, post: 812385, member: 136328"] Moonchip "I'm into week 4 now and since last week my 'morning' first shake of the day as well as the powdered mix my shake now contains : A big spoonful (actually I dont use a spoon - just 'rack-o-th-eye' poured) dose of olive oil (gallstone prevention, dietary fat) 2 heaped desert spoons of psyillium husk for fibre" Thanks, that is usefull to know. I plan to start mine after Easter. I need to see my DN (who is against my doing the ND) as she doesn;'t think I have a fatty liver and my liver and pancreas scan scan was normal. The radiologist did a complete abdominal scan and told me it was competely normal and asked why I was sent for the scan. When I told him he too thought I shouldn't do it as I was already underweight but I really want to give it a try. I hope I won't be in the 20% it doesn't work for but I won't know if I don't try.
