Re: VICTOZA Hi Everyone, Despite getting approval to go on Victoza 4 months ago I have only just received my first prescription this week. I was initially told I would go on a startup program with my hospital but this has recently changed and now it’s gone to a diabetic nurse at my local doctor’s surgery who unfortunately doesn't seem to know a whole lot about Victoza so I am feeling a little well left on my own on this one. I know its early days as I have only injected 3 times at 0.6mg each however the nausea has been overwhelming and I have vomited every day since. I have read this forum with interest and although there is a lot of talk about nausea at the start there is not so much about vomiting. I would like to know how many others experience this on a daily basis and got through it. I drive for a living and although unpleasant I can put up with this in the short term but if it’s going to continue then I will have to discontinue. I look forward to hearing your replies.
