It appears that Dr. Humphries feels the same way. The vitamin C that she uses is Nutribiotic Buffered Sodium Ascorbate Vitamin C Crystalline Powder. I ordered it a while back but haven't opened it yet. A 1/4 teaspoon (1/125 g) contains 1112 mg Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate USP-FCC) and 137 mg Sodium (as sodium ascorbate USP-FCC).</p><p></p><p>Other ingredients: None.</p><p></p><p>Vegan and hypoallergenic.</p><p></p><p>Made without common food allergens such as milk, soy, egg, yeast, and wheat. Contains no rose hips, animal products, fillers, excipients, lubricants, binders, starch, colorings, flavorings, or preservatives.</p><p></p><p>pH 7.1. Made without gluten or GMO's.</p><p></p><p>Pharmaceutical Grade.</p></blockquote><p></p>
