My symptom of high is what I call psycho hunger . I get it as a ‘punishment’ for eating too many carbs in a meal. It happens an hour after the meal and suddenly I could eat non food I am so desperate. I picture myself chomping into a door frame. It’s the worst feeling for me. I am also tired then and don’t feel like going for a walk but I must go to make the hunger go away. I haven’t had this state fir a while now , since I stuck to 3O g carbohydrates.
