Thanks @debrasue yes I feel fine.

It's happened to me before that I've had a fasting test a couple of points below 4.0, I think it's either just meter 'tolerance' or my liver not revving up until a few minutes after I wake.

I eat a few berries and a square of cheese if it happens, just in case.

Two hours after meal shot up to 10.1 jalfrezi curry and quinoa and bulgar wheat instead of usual pilau rice,thought it would have been the better option obviously not. We live and learn! K

Yes Preds do that. But now I'm down to 10mg per day and having been taking them so long they don't have quite as bad of an effect on my BG now as they used to do. Hope you are not on them long term.
