Diagnosed in Feb with Hba1c of 87, age 60, weight 9st 5 lb, Prescribed Metformin and told to check this website. I decided to try changing diet and increasing exercise this led to Hba1c 3 months later of 46.
Stable until 1st October. Got virus cough, achy, headache etc. Not Covid.
