I had to see the surgery diabetes doctor yesterday and came away feeling browbeaten. She is insistent that I start on GLP-1 injections, her reasoning is that my HbA1c is 'still' 90 after five weeks and I'm not losing 'sufficient' weight.
My counter was that it was too soon for my A1c to reflect...
