Hi all I'm curious, I have just fasted and my starting glucose levels are 7.8 mmol/L.
I Drank a black coffee no sugar or sweetener
Tested again after 15 minutes and it went to 7.5 mmol/L.
I had a weak Robinson's no added sugar dialute one pint and tested again after 15 minutes and my levels...
