From being diagnosed T2. Lost a load of weight and lowered my HbA1c from 57 to 44. Learnt to watch what I eat on a daily basis and discovered a ton of willpower and feel healthier now than what I have done in years. I refuse to believe and let the inevitable problems associated with T2 will rule my life....bring it on!!!
More of the same mate....increase the exercise levels a bit more and "experiment" with more low/non carbs foods just to vary and tickle the taste buds. Really surprised myself with results!!!
