Hmm don't this this applies to me. In Type 1 - why would they give me a gym membership?! I'm already on insulin and have relatively good control.
I have no questions, I speak to my DSN

The whole lot takes about 10 mins but add 1 to 1 1/2 hours on for the sitting around bits in between.
