Lost 10lbs and blood pressure down from 148 to 128 so happy to be told my food diary is ok and I'm moving in right direction. Thank you for all the advice I've had off here as I'm only 3 weeks post diagnosis but feel relieved that I'm slowly getting to grips with T2 .
