If you are diet only its fine..probably what a "normal" would experience.. do you feel ok?
No I feel weak and exhausted but as a woman of a certain age that's a daily occuranceThis is only day 5 of getting back on the low carb tracks. I am not hungry just exhausted. Do you think I've just forgotten what normal feels like?
I have indeedy... you don't think I need eat until my meal then? Am trying to get in the swing of no snacking and good habits.Could well have especially if you have been running higher..
Thank youI would not consider it "too low".
- It is not uncommon for people without diabetes to have readings below 4.0.
- Our meters are not 100% accurate so it could really be 4.5.
- Some recent advice is suggesting a range of 3.5 to 7.0 for people with type 1 diabetes.
If you have been running at higher numbers, your body would have got used to those numbers so you may experience hypo symptoms.
As your "normal" BG is reduced, you may not feel "odd" at this level.
No worries.. yes try and avoid snacking if you can..I have indeedy... you don't think I need eat until my meal then? Am trying to get in the swing of no snacking and good habits.
ps It's also removed my manners - thank you !
