3 month blood test results

Saw the nurse this morning and my HbA1c has dropped from 111 to 49 after 3 months of metformin x 2 daily and mostly a low carb diet. Cholesterol also dropped from 7.8 to 3.7.

I'm very pleased with myself

Next test in 3 months time again
 
These are fantastic results heh. Well done on that huge reduction

That's a great reduction in both HbA1c and cholesterol in just 3 months. You have every right to be pleased with yourself.
