That was on diagnosis day, 15th May 2015.
My BG level was 20.7 on the day.
Got my 3 month Hba1c result and it is at 41. And my BG this morning was 5.
No medication, just diet based.
Was slightly worried my cholesterol would be high, but it was 4.5. HDL 3 and LDL 1.
All in all, very happy with the results. (And lost 2st in the process)
