I fasted but was told it was not required. Will be seeing the nurse on Monday for the update. I use MySugr and my readings are consistent with the 7,14,30 and 90 day average showing the same. I check regularly including 1hr and 2hr after carb heavier meals. My HbA1c at diagnosis was 6.9% (53) I have lost circa 3 stone and am sticking to mid carb approx 80-100gram a day. I am hoping for a good result
