How can I download the 30 day eating plan as shown on the newsletter? I am signed in, but if I try to download, I am asked to sign up as a new member.

I've had the same problem for a few weeks and even though they say joining the forum is 'optional' it isn't if you can't get the book without joining. Given up now.
