I have 20 units of abasaglar once daily have been feeling really tough over night , have been very stressed recently and have just done my fingerprick and its 9.4 , I have no input from diabetic nurse and my endocrine specialist although my hba1c is high doesn't seem too concerned as I have a pituitary tumour and one of the issues is having t2 , I can't take metformin or dapaglifozin as I've been sorta left in limbo am wondering if I doubled my dose would my levels normalise ,really fed up of feeling so ill with all my issues.
