4 meals?

is there anything wrong with having 4 smaller meals
versus 3 bigger ones a day?
or is novolog made for just 3 doses/3 meals a day?
 
I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Are you on insulin, though? If you are, it's best to keep bolus shots 3-4 hours apart. Otherwise you can accidentally 'stack' your doses and end up with a hypo.

yes my dose is 4-10 units per meal
of novolog
 
Nothing wrong at all with eating 4 times a day as long as it keeps your bg ok through bg testing and your bodyweight within a healthy range
 
@cdpm

Are you also injecting a background insulin like Lantus or Levemir along with the Novolog?
