It is 42 Days since I had that ghastly 19.7 reading which sent me scuttling back to some serious low carbing and back to the forum. Still a way to go but my readings are floating between 6.2 and 9.8 and the morning reading is slowly improving.
Not perfect readings but a lot better than 19.7 and since Christmas and New Year got in the middle of this I'm quite happy so far. Now I can start increasing my gym visits and push on a bit. I've also learnt a bit more about low carbing which just goes to show you can always learn e. g. I had no idea Lidl High Protein Rolls existed and I have discovered the wonderful TESCO high protein bread. I feel so much better too. I weighed myself today and I've lost 17 lbs as well.
