Thanks for your insightful link on iddt. I spoke to Jenny on the phone this morning at length about my treatment regime with Humalog and of the side effects I experience. They are exactly the same as one the above link! OMG! Anyhow Jenny told me the story of her daughter etc and I could see parallels. Many will know me as being a user of Afrezza, MannKind's new inhalable insulin which I am but I cannot get it presently due to cost and it is not available here. Animal insulin is though so it might be worth looking at in the interim!

JRW Pre diagnosis your body was not working at its most efficient , now you are running it at it full capacity and hopefully everything is working as it should including your whole metabolism so perhaps 14st 5 is your ideal weight, at 6ft 3 it sound quite good!
