I am a borderline case. Checked my wife's blood sugar level with above machine and it clocked in at 6.3.
She had come off the night shift this morning. She has a cup of hot water with honey and lemon to drink. She also has a couple of spoons of fruit and fibre (Aldi's- very low sugar content) in soya milk. She woke up at 2.00 PM had a cup of tea. Did the test 3.15.
Any advice much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
