6 Months journey......

Type of diabetes
Treatment type
Tablets (oral)
60 year old male. Diagnosed type 2 six months ago.

Was:
HBA1C was 70
Weight - 93kg
BP - 150/92
Cholesterol ./ Triglycerides - all poor.

Now:
HBa1C - 45
Weight: 78Kg
BP 138/68
Cholesterol/ Triglycerides - all well within normal ranges

My doctor is very pleased. In truth though. it's been the advice here in this forum that has made the difference, but I'm happy to let her take the credit if it makes her happy!

Thanks everyone. I don;t post a lot, but I check in every day and get great ideas, support and inspiration.
