Well done
I want to try this diet but I'm wheat, gluten, dairy and nut free plus I can't eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables. Has anybody with food allergies managed to do try this diet? I'm desperate to lose weight and control my sugars a bit better. Thanks in advance

I have avoided those foods for years. Very easy to do without them. Example
Breakfast is avocado or guac and celery
Lunch is lettuce wrap with some protein
Dinner salad and protein
I eat a variety of fish, Chex, turkey, beef, lamb, egg etc. some with mayo or Evoo
Snacks are pumpkin seeds or a few olives, celery, radish or raw mushrooms
I keep it very simple and pre cook proteins like cox and turkey in bulk and package in serving sized bags and freeze. Easy to dump on a salad or lettuce wrap

The key to this diet is calorie restriction, so just stick to about 800 calories a day for 8 weeks of the foods you can tolerate and you'll be on the diet.

You know, your signature picture seems like happy grim determination and so are your messages.

I have the grim part down;k it's the determination part that doesn't quite compute

The wages of sin are death
I genuinely don't understand this post. Can someone explain it to me? Cheers.

I don't know, but it might be something about wearing sunglasses
