I had 3 pieces of cheese, some beetroot, a pickled onion, 3 strips of chicken, lettuce, an egg.
I have no idea about how low is low, but I was hoping, as it had no bread, potatoes, pasta etc, I would go high like i do if i have any of those things.
24g...is that high for one meal? Should I be aiming for lower? I am thinking that no carbs is the way i am going to have to go as nothing seems to be working for me so far. I know it's early days as an insulin user, so won't start to panic just yet....try not to anyway!
