No I haven’t. My early morning issues which come and go, are more to do with my activity levels the day before. High activity lower DP inactivity higher DP.
When you say high activity, can you tell me what you mean ? High intensity, medium ?
I never had the Dawn Phenomenon until I started Tresiba and now am examining any changes made recently.

High intensity swimming. 70 lengths in about 40 mins. Some lengths timed. I swim 6.45am. I usually inject a unit and have a spoon of yoghurt before going as the actual swim can raise levels by 3-4 mmol. The following morning I am nice and low and level. On days not preceded by a swim I wake higher and jump quickly on getting out of bed.
It wasn’t til I did DAFNE about 5 years ago that I realised how exercise can have an impact even 24 hours later.
That is a good workout. I usually ride a bicycle for 45 minutes, but just medium intensity. I saw this video,
, and now realize how much many things can have an impact.
I also never heard of DAFNE before but will look into it. Any thing that helps.
