A recent article on the consequences of restricted carbohydrate diets for T1D children

I wonder why when I take enough insulin to keep my bgs low I don't add weight, in fact I'm currently losing. I've lost 2 stones since xmas and all on insulin, sufficient to keep my bgs low enough to matter.
I've just started with orilstat to exaggerate my lose but still just losing steadily. The same as without orilstat.
 
Well that's how I feel too. The obvious is often overlooked. Results speak louder than any research data compiled in various ways.
I'd be asking "Does my child perform healthier on low carb"? Yes or no?
I perform better on insulin.
