Thanks to my newfound way of life (everyone take a bow) I've had an amazingly steady day today. No spikes, no hypos, no fatigue, no cravings, but an unusually even flow of energy throughout. I did a couple of half-hour sessions of woodchopping for a neighbour and although I have less muscle than a year ago I kind of cruised through and got on with other jobs before and after seamlessly -- no puffing and panting or heart fluttering or head rushes after bending down or having to collapse in a chair. No drama. The shopping got done, the cooking, the redecorating, the staring out of the window daydreaming, the mealtimes, all flowed in an orderly and quiet way.
So thank you all again and I look forward to many more steady days
