I received my upgrade meter from Abbott( freestyle Lite) the day after I rang to say I was having trouble with my Mini. They also gave me a full pack of strips, because I'd got a whole pack of Mini ones unused, which I'd bought from them
I then asked them by email if they could see their way to giving one to T1 husband who has been swearing at the ACCU-CHEK the hospital gave him. Too many duff strips and needs a BIG blood drop.
Sent email on Monday. Meter arrived Tuesday.
Hurrah! for Abbott customer service. It couldn't be better. 8)
