Accu Chek Instant Meter

Hi I am thinking of purchasing an Accu Chek instant meter but wondered whether the NHS will provide the test strips for this, does anyone have experience of this please?

Currently using a very old Accu Chek meter and would like to upgrade.

If your'e looking for a less fuss meter why not go for the Accu chek mobile ? no strips just a continuous 50 test cassette and finger pricker built in , been using mine for years and wouldn't want to go back to strips and if you're type 1 the cassettes are provided on prescription .
 
Thank you for your response. I do have an Accu Chek but wanted to update to record on line as I am type 2 on insulin and having to do a lot of monitoring and recording. Currently got a spreadsheet going that Ive printed off and walking round with it in my bag!
