Accu-Chek mobile and Bluetooth

I have an Accu-Chek mobile and Bluetooth attachment.
Two problems:
1. Often I receive 3 or 4 errors in a row. I think that by tapping the finger very briefly onto the strip helps, but I still get errors.
2. When I try to sync to my phone I usually end up having to disconnect and re-connect.
Anyone else experience these problems? Any tips?
 
I finds that most of my errors are applying blood too quickly before the ready beep/message. Rarely it’s not enough blood.

I don’t sync that often but quite often have issues. Sometimes it works after a few goes. Sometimes I need to re-pair/reinstall. Not the best connection system it seems. That’s why I don’t do it as often as I should or would benefit from
