The brilliant Simon Mayo has recently played this brilliant track on his final “ all request Friday “ show.
Volume cranked up......lyrics sung loudly ( awfully) again........and then the strange realisation that the lyrics are so appropriate for the type of day I’ve had with my card playing diabetic buddy today.
Is T1 like poker?

Well that explains everything. Head banging and angle grinding. Elf and safety will have a field day.
 
A friend once put a lot of money in the jukebox and Ace of Spades on repeat just before we left a pub. Wish I knew what happened after.
