Aches and pains any advice

Hi I am a type one diabetic I have neuropathy in my feet pains in neck shoulder tennis elbow and hard lumps in my hands and very sore joints. Also very sore ankles any advice hoe to treat would be very much appreciated. I was on anti inflammatory but affected liver so doctor has taken me odd them liver count down from 340 to 50. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Niel,
i have tenis elbow, it takes a long time to get better so the physio told me, i rub the muscle hand to elbow not other way i do this for a while then with my arm out make a fist and curl it inwards then relax i do this 5 times, i repeat it randomly through the day. Try swimming i have bad knees so jog in the pool and swim, it helps me might not work for you, you can only try
