Ache's and Pains - Sitaglyptin ?

Hi. I was on Januvia a month or so back and had to stop taking it when my face started to ache uncontrollably. Turns out I had parotitis which has now cleared a bit after some penicillin. I am to start taking it on march 28th again so fingers crossed. I noticed that when I took it in the morning I had an ache in my neck and two hours later I was quite fatigued. So next time i will take it at bed time and see if that works! Hope this helps.
